Royal Multispecialty Hospital was founded on a simple conviction — that people should not have to travel to a metro city to receive honest, modern medical care.
Our story
Royal Multispecialty Hospital began as the practice of a single pediatrician who kept meeting families forced to travel hundreds of kilometres for treatment that should have been available at home.
Today the hospital brings together fifteen departments, intensivist-led critical care, modular operation theatres, an in-house laboratory and a 24 × 7 emergency department — all on one campus on Sundaraiah Bhavan Road, Ongole.
What has not changed is the standard we set on day one: explain everything, charge fairly, and care with love.

2007
A pediatrician's practice begins
Dr. Gaddam Jagadeesh Babu begins caring for children in Ongole after completing his MD in Pediatrics.
2012
Pediatric critical care training
Fellowship training in pediatric critical care brings intensive-care expertise back to the district.
2016
Royal Multispecialty Hospital founded
The hospital opens on Sundaraiah Bhavan Road with inpatient, emergency and pediatric services.
2019
NICU and PICU commissioned
Dedicated neonatal and pediatric intensive care units with ventilators and 24 × 7 monitoring.
2022
Multi-speciality expansion
Orthopedics, ophthalmology, gynecology, general and laparoscopic surgery join the campus.
Today
